Hotel Rates. Room rates are as follows: $189.00/night plus tax (currently 8%) for resort view; $239/night plus tax for water view. Eco-Kayak Tour of the Mangrove Lagoon 9:00 am - noon
Led by knowledgeable naturalists, this tour combines kayaking and an introduction to the natural history and ecology of the Marine Sanctuary and Mangrove Lagoon. Herons, ducks, egrets, juvenile tropical reef fish, rays, mangrove crabs and other wildlife are regularly sighted on this tour. Enjoy this fascinating experience certain to be one of the highlights of your trip. FEE: $108.00

Catamaran Half-Day Sail and Snorkel Beach
BBQ Excursion 9:00 am - 2:00 pm
This popular excursion is a true taste of the Caribbean. Enjoy a relaxing sail along the beautiful southern coasts of St. Thomas, Hassel, and Water Island. Arriving at Water Island’s secluded Honeymoon Beach, you can relax on the soft sand, sit under palm trees, or swim to work up an appetite for the delicious Caribbean beach BBQ buffet of chicken
and ribs with all the trimmings. Back on board, you’ll sail to Buck Island Turtle Cove to snorkel over some of the best reefs in St. Thomas. Finally, enjoy open bar beverages on board in the sun or shade to relax for the rest of the trip. FEE: $120.00

Guest Speaker - Brigadier General Nick Halley
Brigadier General Nick Halley (U.S. Army, Retired) is a recognized expert on leadership and terrorism. He has commanded thousands of soldiers in combat in Vietnam, Grenada, and Desert Storm. He is an army paratrooper, army ranger and special operations veteran. Halley’s awards include two Silver Stars for bravery in combat actions, four Bronze Stars, and two Purple Hearts for wounds in combat operations. Since retirement from the army, General Halley has had a distinguished civilian career with several prestigious internation- al electronics firms, including Motorola. He has made numerous television appearances as a terrorism analyst, and is a speaker, coach, consultant and facilitator in both leadership and terrorism subjects.

St. Thomas Scenic Island Drive and Shopping, Noon - 3:00 pm
You’ll get an excellent overview of the entire island on this tour, including visits to the Estate St. Peter Greathouse & Botanical Gardens (complete with complimentary banana daquiri), the fabulous panoramas at Drake’s Seat overlooking Magen’s Bay, and time on your own to wander Ft. Christian in Charlotte Amalie for shopping. You’ll receive a ferry ticket to return to Frenchman’s Reef at your leisure. FEE: $59.00

Half-Day St. John Land Safari, Noon - 5:00 pm
Depart the Frenchman’s Reef Dock and travel via ferry to Cruz Bay, the main settlement in St. John. There you’ll take an open-air safari bus for a 2 1/2 hour tour of the national park system. Explore the Annaberg Sugar Mill Ruins and enjoy many other attractions. Special souvenirs are available at “Mongoose Junction,” where you can shop before boarding the ferry to return. FEE: $139.00

Join us as we honor our incoming SMI President, Scott Rankin. This black-tie optional event features a plated dinner, entertainment and open bar. Recommended Dress Business casual is recommended for meetings and general sessions. The President- Elect’s Reception and Installation Dinner are black-tie optional. All other activities are casual.
