Description
Associate Membership:
Any firm or corporation shall be eligible for Associate Membership in the Institute which:
- Supplies directly to firms or corporations eligible for Regular Membership materials, equipment or services, provided such materials, equipment or services are either incorporated in the finished spring product or are used directly in the manufacture and/or design of such product;
- Has a reputation for business integrity and sound character; and
- Meets such other uniform requirements as may be established by the board of directors.
