There's Something Missing in Your Workplace Safety Program
Three of the top 10 OSHA violations last year were for lack of employee training in mandated programs.
SMI In-House Safety Training
In just one day you can train all your employees in mandated safety requirements at your facility without stopping production.
Who should attend:
Everyone. That's right - everyone needs training, but probably not in every area. For that reason, each session is customized to the individual company's needs. Depending on the number of shifts and the number of employees, it may be necessary to provide the training over two or more periods. For that reason, we will discuss your specific needs and requirements before finalizing the program.
We will tailor the program around your schedule for minimum production downtime. A typical training session would take approximately 3 hours. Your work force could be split into two or three groups, completing all required training in a single day.
